Recharging the Forces!!!
The NY City Chapter for CS professionals had launched a membership campaign to re motivate and reactivate its members. The group has a number of activities planned to have their members learn the latest in the field, network, socialize and become a unified force in NY. The chapter is one of the 6 chapters working arduously to promote the CS licensing bill in NY State. Last February the chapter had their first meeting of the year with a learning lesson on “Making sense of all the detergent options” given by Ecolab. The group had a belayed holiday season celebration at a local restaurant at which their members had the opportunity to become reacquainted. During the meeting the election results were announced and Robert Shupe, AS, CRCST, CHL became our next President-elect and Kenneth Washington, CRCST, CIS, CHL became our next Secretary.
